- Modern Farmer
Modern Farmer is a print and digital publication that considers the connections between what we eat, how we live and the planet. It exists for people who want to be a part of that movement: window-herb growers, career farmers, people who have chickens, people who want to have chickens and anyone who wants to know more about how food reaches their plate.
We handled website design and development for Modern Farmer magazine. The site was built on WordPress using the PageLines framework. This allowed us to create a flexible and modular system enabling editors to choose template layouts according to the content. Customization features through shortcodes and templates gave Modern Farmer editors the ability to make each story a unique experience.
