Progreso Financiero is a leading financial services company serving the needs of the growing Hispanic market. Their mission is to help families that lack FICO scores, credit histories, and traditional banking relationships to build their credit and gain access to mainstream financial services.
Progreso embarked on a 6-month innovation process to revamp their loan applications. I worked with their product managers and engineers to streamline the user flow, making it easier for customers to find out their credit worthiness on the spot. We also focused on improving the user experience for their in-store and backend staff.
